Frequently Asked Questions

What is Swimtopia who runs it?

Swimtopia Australia is an independent online pool supply company founded by a small group of technicians with decades of combined experience. It began after we witnessed first hand how mark-ups can inflate the price of a simple rubber gasket to $90 or a mid-range pump to over a thousand dollars. We created Swimtopia to give modern pool owners a fair, transparent alternative.

Swimtopia eliminates the traditional distributor retailer layers that increase costs for consumers. We've also developed industry-first free tools such as "Water Testing" and "Part Finder" to allow owners to diagnose issues and quickly source components without ever having to leave your home.

Whether you purchased equipment from us or elsewhere, professional advice is available at no charge. We believe informed customers are long-term customers. If you need guidance—selecting a product or troubleshooting equipment—don't hesitate to email or call.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most in-stock items leave our warehouse partner within 24 hours. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days to metro areas and 3–8 days for regional Australia. You’ll get an automated tracking link as soon as the courier scans the parcel.

Need it faster? Select Express at checkout and we’ll bump it to the front of the queue.

What if the part I ordered doesn’t fit or work?

Just send it back in unused condition within 30 days for a full refund or swap. No stress and no questions asked.

Email us at support@swimtopia.com.au with your order number and we'll send you a packing slip with more information!

How does warranty work and how do I lodge a request?

Most brands ask that the warranty claim come directly from the owner, so we can’t submit it for you—but we can make it painless. Send us an email with your model, serial number and proof of purchase, and we’ll reply with a step-by-step guide and the right contact form or portal link.

Sometimes manufacturers will exclude certain parts of equipment as it relates to warranty. For example: “wearable” parts like brushes on robotic cleaners, a filter pump's mechanical seals if the unit was run dry due to misuse. Not sure whether your issue counts? Email us a photo or short video and we’ll tell you in plain English before you spend a minute on paperwork.
